Fimecon Oy's engineering business to Comatec Group on January 1, 2022

Oucons Oy and Rantotek Oy, which are part of the Comatec Group, have entered into a business transaction with Fimecon Oy.

Rantotek Oy acquired Fimecon Oy's Varkaus operations and Oucons Oy acquired Fimecon Oy's Kuopio operations in a business transaction. 6 people from Fimecon Oy's Varkaus operations will transfer to Rantotek and 6 people from the Kuopio operations to Oucons. The employees will transfer to Comatec Group as existing employees with annual holiday entitlement.

The business transaction was completed on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 in Tampere. The business operations will be transferred to Comatec Group on January 1, 2022. The integrations will be carried out between January and April.
