SSG Sahala Oy's heat exchanger design for Fimecon

We have great news for you!

We have been collaborating on heat exchanger design with our client company Sahala Works Oy for years. SSG Sahala Oy recently acquired the heat exchanger business from Sahala Works and at the same time decided to outsource the heat exchanger design. Due to good and long cooperation, we were able to start negotiations, which ultimately resulted in the heat exchanger design being outsourced in its entirety to Fimecon Oy.

This enables us to grow our business and takes our company's development forward in the direction we want. On August 1, 2020, three employees from Sahala Works Oy joined our company, and with them we also gained valuable knowledge and expertise in heat exchanger design, as well as the thermal design of process equipment in a new business area.

With increased resources and a new, strong area of expertise, we will be able to offer our customers even more comprehensive solutions in the future.

Outsourcing heat exchanger design and the transfer of related personnel to Fimecon is a natural continuation of years of cooperation with Sahala Works Oy, and due to their business transaction, we will continue to do heat exchanger design for SSG Sahala Oy. Sahala Works Oy is focusing its operations on custom machine shop work and we will continue design cooperation with them also regarding their products. We are approaching future projects and challenges with a positive attitude and full of enthusiasm! This is a good way to continue Fimecon's growth story.

Founded in 2013, Fimecon Oy is a company that provides design and consulting services to industry. Our customers consist of machinery and plant suppliers as well as production, process and energy industry plants, to which we provide design and consulting services.
